• JUDGES’ Ruling is FINAL

• Contestants must sign up on Sunday, September 1st by NOON and receive a number

• Contestants CANNOT enter as an individual AND in a group. They must choose one category.

• Judging commences at 1:00 pm, winners to be announced as soon as judging is complete.

• Start at NOON and continuing while each category is judged, contestants not being judged can “work the room” for audience votes.

• The Audience favorite will be voted on by ballot box using the assigned numbers, with voting only open between noon and 3 pm. Ballots will be available at the Cosplay Table.

• ALL WEAPONS MUST BE PROPS ONLY, AND MUST BE CHECKED AND CLEARED BY THE HEAD OF BADLANDS D&D SECURITY UPON ENTRY!

• Sportsmanlike and publicly appropriate behavior is expected from all contestants.

• By Entering the contest, you contestant to having your cosplay likeness used in pictures/videos related to Gather of the Gamers Events.

  (Votes gathered at the event from noon-3pm)

It’s about the CHARACTER as much as the costume. Come prepared to sell it! And, of course, keep it family-friendly!
